I finally had a little time to play with my @concordand9th 2026 Winter Retreat goodies. This was my first retreat ever and a little treat I made myself for my birthday at the end of last year. I wasn't able to follow along, but I was able to catch up after the event. The Huggable die set is the reason I registered so I was really looking forward to playing with it. The die set is super versatile, so I really had fun creating additional critters. The set is originally designed to create a bear, a fox and dogs. It's also meant to feature 2 critters seen from the back or front, in a gatefold design which you can open to reveal the other side. I'm a real sucker for sets that offer a front and back. I've seen really great cards with this set and wanted to get a slightly different look, so I decided to Copic color the die cuts, and also used a couple @teamspellbinders stamp sets for the faces, which I think turned out really great. Last year, this cute lamb gave me a hard time and I never managed to finish the card I had started. This year, I literally grabbed a few products I had within reach and picked pastel colors I knew wouldn't make me run away.
