I've had the @concordand9th Greatest hits, For the record and Little crate sets in my stash since they were released and somehow, I wasn't finding the inspiration to use them in a creative way... until @mftstamps released the Right on track set, illutrated by @jenoblade_ and all of a sudden, it all clicked. Making the card was a real struggle... diecutting is definitely not my cup of tea, but I had a blast recreating those iconic vinyl covers and I just love how they turned out. A few days ago, we celebrated Hubby's birthday, and instead of a card this year, I decided to create a mini album inspired from comic books and super heroes from the Marvel and DC universes.  C.C. Designs released a collection of 6 stamp sets in 2023 with heroes and villains and my objective was to feature each of the 20 characters in this album. As you will quickly realize when scrolling through the images of this post, there are no heroes and villains yet in this album. This is rather an empty album with just the outer and inner front and back cover pages, a Work in Progress or rolling project on which I intend to update you on a regular basis. I have in mind the creation of around 20 double pages and the objective to finish it either by August for our anniversary (that's the ambitious goal) or, for the realistic one, by next year for his next birthday... so let's see which it will be and I hope you'll enjoy seeing this project evolve along the year.  Outer F

Sharing another Valentine card with the @streamside_studios Conversation cuties clear stamp. I chose to feature the cute cow again and pair it with the Strawberry cows clear set to create the background. I also used the Waffle Flowers Oversized love print die which I decorated with the strawberries from the Strawberry cows set. The small sentiment at the top is also from that set. For the frame, I used The Greetery Frosted frames die. Today, I'm on the @pinkandmain blog with this relaxing card featuring the new Reset set illustrated by Mommy Lhey from @littlebitsbox To create the card, I cut a piece of cardstock for my front panel, from watercolor cardstock. With the Cloudy day stencil and Distress oxide Tattered rose, I inked the background middle part, reserving a small cloud on the top and larger one at the bottom. These clouds will form the basis for the bubble background.   I then inked the bubble areas with Distress ink Tumbled glass and water, applying it with a brush. I dried it with my heat gun and then came back with more ink, less diluted this time, forming circles along the edge of the cloud border and then inside the area, making sure to dry each bubble before painting the next one. I then came back with Distress ink Broken China to create a darker edge to each bubble. I dried the panel entirely and then redefined the edges of each bubble with blue pencils and a white pencil. Today I'm sharing a cute Valentine card and giraffe-ic love. I gave these cute giraffes, from @alexsyberiadesigns, a little twist by slightly bending their necks so they are hugging each other. Hope you like this idea! To create the card, I stamped the giraffes from the Giraffe-ic friends set. While placing the stamp in my platform, I bent the neck, so they would look like they are hugging each other rather than facing each other. I masked the giraffes before blending Spun sugar and Kitsch flamingo distress oxides in the background. I then stenciled the tulips with the Tulips treasure layering stencil and Distress oxides Kitsch flamingo, Picked raspberry and Festive berries for the petals, and Shabby shutters, Rustic wilderness and Pine needles for the stems. I then splattered some fuschia watercolor in the background, and then stamped some tiny hearts from the Giraffe-ic friends and Spring bunnies sets, with fuschia and red inks. I'm on the @pinkandmain blog today with a slimline card celebrating love. For this card, I used many different stamps sets: Stocking stuffers (big cat head), Cuckoo clock (clock, small bear and gnomes), Window view (small cat, bee and bird), Bear with wagon (dog), Berry sweet (honey jar) and Pretty peony (background floral) To create this card, I first stamped the front images: the cat head, bird, gnome, dog, bear and bee and masked them. I then stamped the rear images: clock, small cat and honey jar and masked them. I also masked reservations for the shelves. Next, I stamped the peonies in the background using a light pink ink for a noline coloring effect. I also masked the peonies before blending Speckled egg and Salvaged patina distress oxides. I unmasked all images and drew lines for the shelves with a Copic liner. I then colored the images with alcohol markers and added highlights in the eyes with a white gel pen.  I stamped the sentiment and, to finish, I glued the front pane
