Once upon a time

Coloring Club Challenge No. 2 - Once upon a time Of course, I had to use @loshakeratoalberto beautiful set Once upon a time and I picked Beauty and the Beast. For the background, I stenciled with Distress oxides and colored the images with Copic markers. For the sentiments, I had to dig into my treasure stash a little and thought the sentiment "You bring the best in me" was perfect even without the puny allusion to the Be(a)st. I love the contrast between the rose and dress against the dark background. There is a very dramatic edge to it, and the rose and dress really pop out. Today's sponsor is @simonsaysstamp and they are offering a generous 50$ gift certificate. So don't forget to include the #ColoringClubChallenge hashtag in your posts April 4th through 6th for the Once upon a time theme! We can't wait to see your creations! If you want to know how I stretched the @alexysberiadesigns dies to create this cute strawberry shaker, head over to their blog. Alex Syberia Design products: Abstract floral background press plate Classic sentiments press plate and die set Sweet friend and Spring bunnies stamp sets Quirky hearts and Delicate blooms die sets To create this card, I inked the background panel on a Spellbinders BetterPress A2 Cotton Card Panel Porcelain White 320gsm, using the Abstract floral background press plate and the Spellbinders Press plate system with Strawberry BetterPress ink.
