Don't forget to smell flowers

The @alexsyberiadesigns Spring tulips stencil is such a great product to create a quick card. It is perfectly sized for an A2 card and can be blended in time with its set of 4 layering stencils. For these projects, I wanted to stretch the use of the stencil a little and created a stenciled version and one colored with my @olomarker OLO markers. To add a little dimension to the card, I also added that cute pair of bunnies from the Cheerful meadow die set.

Alex Syberia Design products:
Spring tulips layering stencil set
Cheerful meadow die set
Hoppy Easter stamp and die set (sentiment)

Distress inks:
1st card: Dried marigold, Squeezed lemonade, Carved pumpkin, Crackling campfire, Fired brick, Twisted citron, Mowed lawn, Rustic wilderness, Scattered straw, Kitsch flamingo and Salvaged patina
2nd card: Kitsch flamingo, Cracked pistachio and Salvaged patina

To create the stenciled version, I blended Ranger Distress inks:
- Stencil 1: Dried marigold and Carved pumpkin
- Stencil 2: Twisted citron and Mowed lawn
- Stencil 3: Squeezed lemonade, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness
- Stencil 4: Crackling campfire and Fired brick

I then blended Salvaged patina around the edges of the panel.

I die cut the cute bunnies from vanilla cardstock with the Cheerful meadow die and blended Scattered straw to add some dimension to the bunnies and Kitsch flamingo for the ears and cheeks. I glued a piece of black cardstock behind the left bunny eye and finally adhered the bunnies on the panel with thin foam tape.

For the sentiment, I used the new Hoppy Easter stamp set and coordinating die. I die cut two additional sentiment and stacked them to add a little dimension.

For the alcohol marker version, I used only the first and second stencils and blended Distress ink Kitsch flamingo and Cracked pistachio, just to create the outline of the tulips.

Then with OLO markers, I added details to create the petals and give some dimension to the flowers and leaves:
Petals: R0.2, R0.3, R0.4, R0.5, R0.6, R1.7 + RG7 and RK
Leaves: YG1.4, YG1.6, G1.5, G1.7 and G1.8

I then die cut the cute bunnies from white cardstock and added some dimension with OLO markers: RG3, O4.0 and YO2.0 + R0.1 and R0.2
