I couldn't resist using Raina from @sweetnovemberstamps. She is one my favorite Chibis. For this project, I wanted to make a monochromatic card and went for a hybrid background to make a happy card overall. I also did a little paper piecing by fussy cutting the raincoat, boots and umbrella separately to emboss them and give them a little shine. I fell for this set the minute I saw it and I never got tired of it. I sometimes struggle to use tiny stamp sets like this one to create a scene but this @stampingbella backdrop made it really easy. Happy Easter to those who celebrate. Hope your day is filled with lots of chocolate! As you may know, I'm not too crazy about staging my projects, but it is important to make some efforts sometimes, don't you think?! I hadn't done a Kinder egg card in a few years and the new Egg card die from @trinitystampsllc was the opportunity to push the Kinder theme a little further with a mini-album.  Once I finished the mini-album, I realized I also wanted to make a shaker card but not necessarily inside the mini-album. I also wanted to have a little scene outside the egg shaker, and I thought a tunnel would be a great idea but I didn't want to have a card shape that would not match the album, and that's when I had the idea of creating a box to contain the mini-album and have that tunnel shaker as a decoration for the lid.  I'm really happy with how it turned out, and in case you wonder, the surprise eggs and bonbons are already gone!
