I couldn't resist using Raina from @sweetnovemberstamps. She is one my favorite Chibis. For this project, I wanted to make a monochromatic card and went for a hybrid background to make a happy card overall. I also did a little paper piecing by fussy cutting the raincoat, boots and umbrella separately to emboss them and give them a little shine.
