Your Next Stamp Sketch Challenge: Puddles of fun

Challenge 178: Sketch 

For my second take, I created a rainy scene with the Puddles of fun stamp set. The card was entirely colored with alcohol markers

 

To start, I stamped the chicks and then drew lines in the background to match with the sketch challenge. I colored the 2 layers of ground with alcohol markers. I also made a few dots here and there to give some texture. 

For the sky, I used Copic brush markers to create vertical lines in shades of gray. I then  went over with the blender to create lighter lines to create a rainy effect.

I colored the two chicks with alcohol markers and then added white accents on the chicks and rain drops with a white gel pen.
