Let the good times roll

Here comes another background stamp from @whimsystamps with the Reflections tree!
I chose to pair it with the cute otters from the Otter variety stamp sets and added a vintage frame with the 3 in 1 mitered frame die sets which I stamped with the Chippy paint background stamp.

Whimsy Stamps products used:

- Otter Variety stamp and die sets
- Otter Variety 2 stamp and die sets
- 3 in 1 Mitered frames die set
