Hugs + Kisses

The new Heart collage die from @alexsyberiadesigns is so much fun and so versatile. I couldn't resist creating a shaker and use different mixes to fill a few of the hearts.

To create this card, I die cut the Heart collage die from white cardstock 8 times. I glued 7 of them together, to create the shakers. I used it as a Template to outline the shape with a permanent marker on acetate. I then cut the shape with scissors and glued the acetate at the back of the 8th Heart collage.

Next, I cut the back panel from pink cardstock, slightly bigger than the Heart collage. I adhered the back panel onto the cardbase and glued the stacked Heart collage on the background panel.

I poured 3 different mixes of clay and bead embellishments in several hearts cavities and glued the top Heart collage and acetate on top.

I then stamped the cute Penguin with its heart garland from the Penguin love and colored the image with Copic markers. I used the coordinating dies to die cut the image. I adhered the Penguin over a heart with double-sided tape.

Next, I die cut the Hugs outline from the Thanks & Hugs die set from red cardstock and the script text from white cardstock. I glued the script letters onto the outline with liquid adhesive. I also stamped the small sentiment Hugs + kisses from the Penguin love stamp set and die cut it. I adhered both sentiments just above the Penguin with liquid adhesive.
