Heifer self a dairy little Christmas

Not a cheesy project for today, hopefully, but all about cheese, for sure, LOL!

I had a blast playing with the new @trinitystampsllc Snowglobe Circle Card Add-on die set and the Festivi-cheese stamp set, which is a Christmas add-on to all the wonderful cheese sets and freebies.

I created a fun album, which also includes a shaker on the front cover.

I have reel on Instagram @kaliscards and longer edit on my YT channel.

The album has a total of 6 sheets (total of 12 pages), including the front and back covers.

To create the album, I started by creating 4 A4 (US Letter is fine) sheets of glitter cardstock, using white cardstock, Versamark and Translucent glitter embossing powder. I dabbed the Versamark ink directly onto the sheets, poured embossing powder all over the sheet and heat set it.

Using the Snowglobe Circle Card Add-on die set, I die cut 12 circle frames. I then used the centers to die cut 9 snow borders. I also used some of the leftovers to die cut 24 eyelets for the mini-album ring holes.

I then die cut 12 circles from heavy cardstock. I used a die from my stash which had the exact same size as the outer edge of the circle frame.

From the same cardstock, I also die cut 12 mini album tabs and glued them back to back. I then glued the glittery eyelets on each side.

I then glued a heavy circles on one tab, aligning the circle on the 2 extremities of the line scored on the tab. I flipped the circle and glued another circle at the back. I repeated this process for the 5 other pages of the album.

I then glued the glittery frames on each, except the front cover.

The front cover also has a shaker. To build the shaker, I die cut the circle frame from regular cardstock 8 times and glued them together. I also die cut a plain circle from acetate and used liquid adhesive to glue it at the back of the remaining glittery frame.

I saved the 8 center circles to create the background of each page, and even die cut a couple more to have a total of 10. I blended Distress oxides Speckled egg and Iced spruce on 9 of them to create a wintery sky. I glued them within the frames on each of the 4 center sheets and the front cover of the album. I then adhered the stacked circles I created earlier for the shaker.

On the 10th circle, I blended Scattered straw around the edges and then blended Tea dye and Vintage photo through the Cow print stencil. I glued this one at the back of the back cover.

I then die cut 2 additional inner circles from Vanilla cardstock and blended Scattered straw around the edges. I then blended more Scattered straw and Tea dye through the Cheesy background stencil. I glued those on the inner front and back covers.

I finally adhered all the snow borders: on the front cover, and on the fronts and backs of the 4 inner sheets.

I then finished the shaker by pouring a mix of embellishments and sealing the shaker by adhering the acetate circle with both double-sided tape and liquid adhesive.

I then die cut all the Snowglobe base elements from brown cardstock 12 times and darkened the edges with Scorched timber. I glued the two pieces on each base and then adhered a first base with double-sided adhesive at the bottom of the front cover. I flipped it and adhered another one at the back aligning the two bases. I used double-sided adhesive on the circle and foam tape on the extremities of the base. I repeated for each of the 5 other sheets.

For the sentiment on the front cover, I used the larger strip die from the snowglobe base and shortened it by die cutting one edge a second time. I stamped the sentiment on it and adhered it to the globe base with liquid adhesive.

Next, I stamped all the images and colored them with Copic markers. I also stamped all the sentiments and used the coordinating dies to die cut both sentiments and images.

I finally adhered the images on the pages using liquid adhesive and thin foam tape for a bit of dimension.
