I'm back guest designing on the Coffee Loving Papercrafters blog today with a little Saint Patrick's day inspiration! Products:   Yeti birthday, Brewskis and Coffee time die set ( Whimsy Stamps ) Sassy speech bubble ( Waffle Flower Crafts ) A birdie told me and Lucky clovers ( Lawn Fawn ) A little grainy stencil ( Clearly Besotted ) Argyle stencil ( Newton's Nook ) Ranger Distress oxides: Twisted citron, Lucky clover, Black soot, Gathered twigs and Scorched timber I started by cutting the background panel from white cardstock. The panel is 5.5 by 4.75". I also cut the cardbase, slightly greater than the background panel. I masked the bottom of the panel to create a table surface later on, with masking tape, and I blended Ranger Distress oxide Lucky clover on the upper part. I then placed the diamond layer from the Newton's Nook Argyle stencil set and blended Ranger Distress oxide Black soot through it. I removed the stencil and placed the second layer, aligning ...

I'm sharing a floral card today featuring the @alexsyberiadesigns Trendy botanicals die set and Penguin Love stamp set.   Alex Syberia Design products: Trendy botanicals die set Penguin love Love & XOXO die set Heart garland cover die Distress inks: Mowed lawn, Worn lipstick, Festive berries and Saltwater taffy To create this card, I die cut a few of the florals from the Trendy botanicals die set a couple times from pink, red and green cardstock. I then added a little shading with Distress inks, Mowed lawn for the leaves, Worn lipstick, Festive berries and Saltwater taffy for the flowers. I then assembled each flower with liquid adhesive, gluing the petals and stems together. I stamped the sentiment and cute penguin from the Penguin Love stamp set, colored the penguin with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut out the penguin and sentiment. The new Heart collage die from @alexsyberiadesigns is so much fun and so versatile. I couldn't resist creating a shaker and use different mixes to fill a few of the hearts. Alex Syberia Design products: Penguin love Thanks & Hugs die set Heart collage die To create this card, I die cut the Heart collage die from white cardstock 8 times. I glued 7 of them together, to create the shakers. I used it as a Template to outline the shape with a permanent marker on acetate. I then cut the shape with scissors and glued the acetate at the back of the 8th Heart collage. Next, I cut the back panel from pink cardstock, slightly bigger than the Heart collage. I adhered the back panel onto the cardbase and glued the stacked Heart collage on the background panel. I poured 3 different mixes of clay and bead embellishments in several hearts cavities and glued the top Heart collage and acetate on top.
